Rolled oats,
roasted nuts or almonds,
sesame seeds,
sunflower seeds,
cacao powder,
seasoning: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove,
hot water.

Mix amounts of your liking of rolled oats, roasted cashew nuts and almonds, linseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and store in a jar. Premixing a larger amount saves you time in the morning.

Place a portion of your oat mix into a bowl. Cut up half an apple and add. Add some (frozen) raspberries. Sprinkle a tea spoon of cacao on top. Season with cinnamon, powdered ginger, nutmeg, clove and if you like a little honey. Boil water in a kettle, pour into bowl to cover the ingredients and mix.

Enjoy this mouth-watering start into your day and feel warmed and invigorated on a cold morning!
